Meet 2-3Y Old 18lbs Moni Moni our 1st dog from Kosovo.
Moni was hit by a car and broke a portion of his spine. His back legs do not work. But like a magical doggie mermaid, he pulls himself around on his front legs.
As you can see in the videos Moni is very loving. We are told he lived the majority of his life on a chain. But with a little love, support and a way to zoom around on a pair of his own custom wheels, Moni is going to enjoy his life to the fullest!
